Rates

Monthly System Rental
Our fees are for 1) the basic monthly system rental PLUS 2) long distance usage. ~ You have three voicemail systems to choose from and you can upgrade or downgrade any time.  Click here to see their  features. ~ When you sign up we require first and last month's rental plus a 1-time $25 setup fee. This fee less any minutes used is refundable if you cancel the service within the 30-day guarantee period.

Long Distance Usage
Since you're renting a toll free voice system that's remotely located and separate from your existing telephone, all calls including your own to retrieve voicemail messages are long distance calls. ~ Minutes are billed in 6-second increments. ~ If you don't choose a prepaid bulk minute plan, the Non Prepaid rate below applies. ~ If you do choose a discounted prepaid plan, you'll save money on every minute, but be aware that any unused minutes will expire on your anniversary date each month, "use-it-or-lose-it" style. So of course, before deciding on any prepaid plan, try to have a pretty good feel for  how much call volume you think you'll be doing each month.

Definitions

"Non-Prepaid" Minutes: "Pay-as-you-go" -- best choice if you don't yet know what call volume to expect each month. You'll be billed once a month unless your volume exceeds 70% of your deposit ($25 if by credit card; $100 if by check). When that happens you'll be billed the following Friday for your minutes only. If it happens often, you'll know when it's time to upgrade to one of our discounted prepaid bulk minute plans.

"Incoming" Rate: Applies to all incoming calls including your own to retrieve messages.  It also applies to Call Back message delivery, Paging and Fax Back.

"Forwarded" Rate: Applies to all except international calls that are  forwarded to you plus calls that you make from within the system ("Cardless Calling Card").  Note: We connect two calls to create a forwarded call, so each forwarded call reduces your prepaid minutes by 2 minutes for every minute you talk.

If you get carried away: If your call volume exceeds the number of discounted minutes you purchased, the Non-Prepaid rate kicks in and will be billed on the following Friday. You can keep track of how much volume you're using if you have WebLINK or by calling FreedomVOICE. If the overage is really excessive and you think it might have legs, you should of course consider upgrading to a bigger discounted package. 

Special Low Rates for Canada
Just 6.9 cents per minute USD plus 4.4 cents/minute if your call originates in Canada or the USA including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Billed in 6-second increments.
