You get all of your voice and fax messages at both your email address and on a web page (“Internet Control Panel”) for a fixed $15 extra per month (unless you choose FreedomXTREME where it’s included). No more dialing your toll free number, punching a bunch of buttons and paying long distance to retrieve and manage your messages, administer your voice system and more. Your WebLINK Internet Control Panel lets you:

  • See all messages in every voicemail box along with time stamp, message length and caller’s number (even if they hung up)
  • Hear all voice messages with a click of your mouse – and no downloading
  • See and print all faxes – no need for a physical fax machine or online fax service
  • Organize and store messages in folders you can name
  • Eliminate clutter - move unwanted messages to trash – no dialing in to empty your voicemail boxes
  • Look rrreally big to your callers with Caller Queuer
  • See, redirect and manage incoming traffic in real time with Traffic Conductor
  • Customize and change your voicemail system settings such as call forwarding numbers, on/off hours and days etc.
  • Do voice blasting to multiple phone numbers and email addresses by recording your message just once

Caller Queuer

Present a rrreally big company impression with this one. When any mailbox user on your system is busy on a call and has other callers waiting in a queue...
  • Callers can hear their current position in the queue
  • You can set their maximum hold time
  • You can see the status of the queue including each caller’s arrival time and phone number, in real time, when you’re logged into WebLINK.

Also known as Call Queuing, this feature comes standard with WebLINK, which in turn comes standard with FreedomXTREME. So it’s available for FreedomLITE and Freedom PRO only if you add WebLINK to either of those versions.

Traffic Conductor

Now we’re really getting fancy. Officially known in the trade as “Allow Call Redirect,” this one gives you 7 ways to direct incoming traffic after the system forwards and announces a caller to you. After you pick up your phone, you can press:

1 to accept the call
2 to put the caller on hold
3 to forward the caller to the next
number in your sequence
4 to forward the caller to voicemail
5 to disconnect the caller
6 to re-identify the caller
7 to transfer the caller to another phone number

This feature isn’t turned on unless you request it, and then we’ll enable it at no extra charge. It comes standard with WebLINK, which in turn comes standard with FreedomXTREME. So it’s available for FreedomLITE and Freedom PRO only if you add WebLINK to either of those versions.

If you have the WebLINK upgrade and multiple users on your voicemail system, callers just key in part of the name of whoever they're calling on their touchtone phone instead of listening first to a list of extensions while the minutes tick away.
