How do I decide which one is for me?

When deciding which version is right for you, begin by asking yourself these three basic questions:

QUESTION 1: What do I want my callers to do after they connect to my toll free number?

If ALL you want them to do is "leave a message," choose FreedomLITE. 

If you ALSO have several different categories of information that you want callers to listen to, and/or if you have several team members sharing the system, counting these requirements will help you decide how many voicemail boxes you need. If it's more than 5, you can either add more boxes to FreedomLITE, or go with FreedomPRO or FreedomXTREME as they each include 10 boxes. 

If you ALSO have lots of sub-categories of information that you want callers to choose from after they access one of your boxes, choose FreedomPRO or FreedomXTREME for their Ultimate Sales Tool feature. 

If you ALSO want callers to send you long distance faxes toll free, add Fax Mail to FreedomLITE or choose FreedomXTREME where it's included. 

If you ALSO want your callers to request printed documents such as sales literature, price lists, company information etc., add Fax-on-Demand/Fax Back to FreedomLITE, or choose FreedomXTREME where it's included.

QUESTION 2: Do I expect lots of incoming calls, do I need multiple voicemail boxes, and do I use a computer regularly?
