Must I commit to a long term contract?
Nope, just pay by the month.

What's the startup cost?
Depends on what you're ordering. No matter which service package you
choose, there are basically three types of orders:
Type 1:
Basic monthly system rental with non-prepaid minutes. For this
you pay first and last month's rental in advance, plus a
1-time $25 setup fee.
Type 2:
Basic monthly system rental with discounted pre-paid minutes. For
this you pay only the first month's system rental plus one month
of your choice of prepaid minutes, plus the 1-time
$25 setup fee.
Type 3:
Basic monthly system rental plus prepaid minutes, but now with added
optional features. For this you pay first month's rental and minutes
as in 2 above, but also first and last month for each added
optional feature, plus the 1-time $25 setup fee.
Add a $75 deposit to any of the above if paying by check instead of credit card. This is refundable or applicable to any final balance due if you discontinue the service.

Sure, any time.

The kind that knocks your socks off. Your FreedomVOICE system is highly
flexible and comes with easy instructions for making it do what you want
it to, but you also get live help toll free for anything you need. From
helping you with basic settings to consulting on special customization
or adding professional voice talent and more, the experts at
FreedomVOICE are here for you Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific

In a nutshell, what will my callers experience when they call?
You're in control of what the system does with them because you write
the script and determine the navigation. But very generally, they first
hear your main greeting and instructions for whatever you want them to
do: Listen to more information, find an extension for their party,
request a fax document (if installed), place an order, do a Q&A
interview, leave a message, and/or be forwarded to you live.

Will my callers ever get a busy signal?
Not at all likely, as the system is digital and can take hundreds of
calls simultaneously.

How long can my voice recordings be?
As long as you like. The longest we currently have for one recording is
about an hour.

How many outgoing fax documents can I have?
As many as you like. And each document can be as long as you like,
although we recommend 15 pages max.

Can I attach different outgoing faxes to
different recordings on the same system?
Yes, if you have the Ultimate Salesman, you can have a separate
fax-back document for each recording. That's essentially an unlimited
number of documents.

How many telephone numbers will my system dial to find me
with the call forwarding feature?
As many as you like. Unlimited.

Can I select my call forwarding preferences?
Sure. In addition to giving your system as many call forwarding numbers
as you like, you can set the times of day and days of the week for
when you want your phone(s) to ring. Ditto for Paging and Call Back
features.

I already have a toll free number. Can I keep it?
You sure can, for a 1-time $30 fee covering our efforts to acquire it
from your supplier. The transition can take a week or two depending on
your supplier's cooperation, so we give you a temporary toll free number
in the meantime. Plus, we can attach multiple toll free numbers to your
single FreedomVOICE system.

Do you provide professional help to develop my
audio scripts and faxes?
Yes, for reasonable fees based on scope of task. Professional voice
talent too.

Do I get any credit for referring new customers to you?
Yes. One month of system rental free for every new customer you refer.
Be sure to have them give us your name as referrer!

I have several associates who each need their own
FreedomVOICE system but with the same recordings and faxes as mine. Is
that possible?
Yes, we can clone your entire setup to as many other FreedomVOICE
systems as needed, each with their own unique toll free number. And that
includes personalizing and loading your fax if you're using fax on
demand.
